LUSC Soccer – Financial Assistance Application (2026)

LUSC Youth Soccer is able to provide financial assistance to a limited number of eligible families. Assistance is awarded based on financial need and available funding.

Eligibility

Applicants may qualify in one of the following ways:

  1. Provide proof of household income below stated income limits, or

  2. Provide a written explanation of financial hardship.

📌 All applicants must submit a copy of their 2025 Federal Tax Return.

If approved, registration fees will be reduced by at least $40 per player within the same immediate family.
