Terms of Service

By accessing this website or registering for any LUSC Soccer program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Organization

LUSC Soccer is a recreational youth soccer program based in Lindsay, California. References to “LUSC Soccer,” “we,” “us,” or “our” include LUSC Soccer staff, coaches, organizers, volunteers, referees, and representatives.

2. Program Nature

All LUSC Soccer leagues and programs are recreational and co-ed unless otherwise clearly stated.

Team placement, coaching assignments, schedules, divisions, and league structure are determined by LUSC Soccer. Specific team, coach, friend, gender, or schedule requests are not guaranteed.

3. Registration & Payment

All registrations are completed online through the official LUSC Soccer website.

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. By completing payment, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are registering for the correct program.

4. No Refund Policy

All registrations are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is completed:

  • The player’s spot is immediately reserved.

  • League capacity is reduced.

  • The spot cannot always be resold, transferred, or replaced.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Team, coach, friend, or gender preferences

  • Withdrawal after registration

  • Misunderstanding of the league format

  • Missed practices, games, or events

  • Removal due to conduct or rule violations

5. Service-Based Purchase

LUSC Soccer provides sports programs and services, not shipped physical goods.

No items are shipped. Registration confirms participation in a league, training, tournament, or program. Any uniforms, shirts, or gear, if included, will be distributed in person.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-refundable service.

6. Communication

Important updates may be sent through:

  • Email

  • Text message

  • Phone call

  • Social media

  • Website updates

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to stay informed and make sure contact information is correct.

7. Conduct

LUSC Soccer reserves the right to remove any player, parent, coach, or spectator for:

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Fighting, threats, or harassment

  • Disrespect toward staff, referees, coaches, players, or spectators

  • Failure to follow league rules or facility rules

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

8. Liability Waiver

Participation in soccer and sports activities involves risk of injury.

By registering and participating, you understand and agree that:

  • Participation is at your child’s own risk.

  • LUSC Soccer, its staff, coaches, volunteers, referees, facility partners, sports complexes, McDermont X, public parks, and event locations are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages.

  • You release LUSC Soccer and its staff from any claims related to participation in practices, games, tournaments, trainings, or events.

  • You are responsible for making sure your child is healthy and able to participate.

9. Photo & Video Release

By registering, you give LUSC Soccer permission to take photos and videos of your child during practices, games, tournaments, trainings, and events.

Photos and videos may be taken at LUSC Soccer events held at sports complexes, indoor facilities, McDermont X, public parks, or any other approved event location.

These photos and videos may be used for LUSC Soccer social media, flyers, website, promotions, advertisements, and league updates.

No personal information will be shared without parent/guardian permission.

10. Security Camera Notice

LUSC Soccer events may be recorded by security cameras for safety, security, facility protection, incident review, disputes, and rule enforcement.

Security cameras may record players, parents, spectators, coaches, referees, staff, volunteers, and visitors while attending or participating in LUSC Soccer practices, games, tournaments, trainings, or events.

Security cameras may be used at sports complexes, McDermont X, public parks, indoor facilities, or any approved event location.

Security camera footage is not intended for public promotion unless separate photo/video permission has been given.

By registering, attending, or participating in LUSC Soccer events, you understand and agree that security cameras may be in use.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact LUSC Soccer first regarding any issue with registration, payment, or participation.

You agree not to file false, fraudulent, or unjustified chargebacks.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent suspension from LUSC Soccer programs

  • Denial of future registration

  • Removal from current programs without refund
