By registering, you consent to receive communications related to your participation in LUSC Soccer programs.
💳 Payments & Disputes
LUSC Soccer accepts payments through third-party providers including, but not limited to:
- Shopify Payments
- Apple Pay
- Zelle
- Cash App
By completing a purchase or submitting payment, customers agree to:
- Contact LUSC Soccer directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute
- Acknowledge that payments sent via Zelle, Cash App, or similar platforms are non-refundable and treated as final transactions, unless otherwise stated by LUSC Soccer
Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive disputes may result in:
- Immediate removal from the league
- Restriction from future participation in LUSC Soccer programs
- Additional action if necessary to recover funds
LUSC Soccer maintains records of registrations, communications, and participation to support dispute resolution when necessary.
🚫 Refund Policy
All registrations are final.
LUSC Soccer does not offer refunds once a player has been registered, as costs associated with league operations (field rentals, scheduling, staffing, uniforms, and administration) are incurred immediately.
By registering, customers acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
