Return and Refund Policy

All LUSC Soccer registrations are final and non-refundable.

LUSC Soccer provides sports program services, not shipped physical goods. Registration confirms participation in a league, training, tournament, camp, or program. No items are shipped. Any uniforms, shirts, or gear, if included, will be distributed in person.

Once registration is completed:

• The player’s spot is reserved.
• League or program capacity is reduced.
• The spot may not be resold, transferred, or replaced.

Because of this, LUSC Soccer does not offer returns, cancellations, transfers, or refunds after payment is completed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Personal schedule conflicts
• Withdrawal after registration
• Team, coach, friend, gender, or schedule preferences
• Misunderstanding of league format
• Missed practices, games, trainings, tournaments, or events
• Weather changes, schedule changes, or facility changes
• Removal due to conduct, safety concerns, or rule violations
