LUSC is a family-oriented, youth soccer organization that focuses on building a passion for the game in our staff, our players and our families.
LUSC instils four primary qualities in all our members that we believe are key components in our vision of developing world class soccer players.
1. INSPIRATION: 1.5 rule = everyone in our club will do 100% of their own job at the best of their ability along with 50% of their peer’s job.
2. BELIEF: “If you believe in yourself and have dedication, pride and NEVER quit, you’ll be a winner. The price of victory is high but so are the rewards.”
3. DETERMINATION: Relentless pursuit of excellence from our players, our teams and our staff.
4. DEDICATION: Live for BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS. Always strive to be the best version of yourself.
